CHINAPLAS: USEON Booth Sees Growing Interest

As CHINAPLAS moved into its second day, traffic at the USEON booth continued to build. At Hall 6.1, Booth B46, visitors kept arriving one group after another from shortly after opening. Before one round of conversations had fully wrapped up, new visitors were already stopping by the equipment. The booth remained busy throughout the day, with a steady flow of guests and continuous on-site discussions.

Across the booth, interest stayed high in different areas. Some visitors took a close look at machine details. Others stood by the control interface to understand operating points and process performance. Some stayed for quite a while, going back over key process questions and equipment capabilities more than once. Compared with Day 1, conversations on Day 2 were noticeably deeper, and many visitors spent longer at the booth. A few even returned later in the day for a second, more detailed look at the same machine.

In the equipment display area, the U6 high-torque co-rotating twin screw extruder remained a clear focal point. Visitors gathered around the barrel structure, screw configuration, and drive system, with many asking about its performance in demanding processing conditions. Its specific torque of up to 18 Nm/cm³ and design speed of 1000 rpm were among the most frequently discussed technical points on site.

At the same time, the 85%+ high-filler compounding solution also drew strong and steady attention. Through display boards and case materials, visitors moved from a general understanding of the solution to more application-specific discussions. Some reviewed the materials in detail, some discussed formulations and operating conditions with our team, and others spent time checking key parameters again and again. Compared with the more fluid movement around the main machine, conversations in this area tended to last longer and stay more focused.

Elsewhere at the booth, activity continued in a different rhythm. Visitors stopped at other equipment displays, discussed sample materials, and compared notes with the materials on hand. The pace there was more spread out than around the main machine, but interest remained consistent. Several groups moved between different display points, and their attention gradually shifted from individual machines to broader system capability. As those conversations continued, their understanding of the overall solutions also became more connected.

By Day 2, the change at the USEON booth was not only about higher visitor traffic, but also about deeper engagement. Around different machines and solutions, conversations were moving beyond first impressions and into more specific evaluation. The discussions became more targeted, and the pace became more defined. In that rhythm, booth momentum continued to build.

From first attention to real understanding, and from initial questions to more informed judgment, ideas around applications and equipment selection were taking shape on site.
