The last work day of 2015, Useon has signed a historic deal to acquire Manllen and formed Useon-Manllen (Shanghai) Plastic Machinery Co.,Ltd. This giant-giant collaboration is going to develop twin screw extrusion technology in sheet extrusion. Meanwhile, this acquisition will raise technical level of plastic sheet industry; therefore strengthen the competitiveness of China-made plastic machinery.
