As usual, our twin-screw compounding extruder was on display, and the all-new SAT65E was unveiled at this fair.

• New heating method: saves up to 30% electrical energy compared with traditional heaters.
• Dual cooling channels: more efficient and more accurate temperature control.
• Side vacuum: instead of the usual vent on top of the barrel, the vacuum port opens on the side, paired with a forcing extruder that stops material escaping through the port.

We also introduced new technology for the CO2 foam XPS production line that solves the challenges of graphite XPS board: CO2 as the main blowing agent, with density kept below 30 kg/m³ and a lambda value below 0.030 W/(m·K).
