PVB/SGP Film Extrusion Line
USEON supplies the complete PVB / SGP film extrusion line, from feeding to winder, including the on-line crushing system. A twin screw extruder mixes the many additives of the formula into the polymer and extrudes the film directly.

The film and its formula
PVB / SGP film production involves many sorts of additives, so it asks for an extruder that mixes and disperses well.

Why a twin screw extruder
The mixing and dispersing ability of the twin screw extruder distributes the additives thoroughly and evenly into the polymer. Additives are saved, and the inner quality of the final film is raised.

On-line crushing system: the waste material of the line is crushed on line and is part of the formula again.
Cooled feeding
A special cooling jacket for the feeding system avoids choking due to the stickiness of the raw material.

Co-extrusion for a second colour on the edge of the film.
Thickness in a closed loop
Automatic T-die, interlocked with the thickness tester.
