Breakthrough graphite eps beads pelletizing line
EPS graphite beads pelletizing extrusion system has been mysterious and monopolized by European companies. Useon has become the first person to eat the crab in China. Useon has sold two lines to Stanley Tianjin and set the lines up and running for several months. Some performances of Stanley’s PolyFoam graphite EPS board has outstripped Neopor and Sunpor.
Useon will introduce this foam extrusion technology at Chinaplas. Except providing the whole pelletizing system, we also provide know-how and training program to ensure customers to be able to run the line properly.
Latest PET dry-free twin screw extrusion system
In the past year, our PET dry-free direct extrusion system has been recognized by market noticeably. Several top dominant suppliers of PET sheet line have established long-term strategic cooperation with us.
Twin screw direct extrusion is taking lead for PET processing which can save energy significantly and stream line the whole process flow chart.
Updated CO2 foam XPS production line
We will also introduce our latest CO2 foam XPS production line which help us gained most of projects funded by UNIDO to phase-out HCFC usage in XPS production. We believe after having implemented this campaign, the rest XPS manufacturers outside of UNIDO projects have to upgrade or replace their current XPS production line to catch up with the mainstream of the market.
