The biggest Asia plastic fair is happening from 16-19 May in Guangzhou China.
As usual we will exhibit our twin screw compounding extruder at site. The all-new SAT65E is going to be unveiled at this fair. New heating method saves electrical energy up to 30% comparing with traditional heaters. The new introduction of dual cooling channels enables the temperature control more efficient and more accurate. Side vacuum device is another highlight. Traditional vacuum port is opened on the top of the barrel, the new idea is to open it at the side paring with a forcing extruder which can prevent the materials coming out from the vacuum port.
We are introducing our new technology in CO2 foam XPS production line as well. We have solved the challenges that graphite XPS board has been facing. The new technology can use the CO2 as the major blowing agent yet keep the density lower than 30kg/hr and keep the lambda value lower than 0.030w/(m.k).
