Parallel execution strategy ensures rapid commissioning and capacity growth.
In industrial expansion projects, time is money. The sooner the equipment is up and running, the sooner new capacity generates value. Delivering and commissioning multiple high-performance production lines under tight deadlines is the ultimate test of an equipment supplier’s capabilities.
Recently, USEON successfully passed this test by delivering multiple extrusion lines for a major expansion project for a customer in Shaanxi. By adopting a “parallel execution” strategy, USEON significantly accelerated the timeline, ensuring fast delivery and smooth on-site commissioning to help the customer unlock new capacity without delay.
The Challenge: Rapid Scaling Required
Launched in September 2025, the project had a clear and demanding goal: expand production scale rapidly without compromising product quality or operational stability.
The Solution: A Comprehensive Equipment Suite
The project involved four distinct extrusion lines, covering applications from compounding to recycling and R&D:
- U6 Glass Fiber Reinforced Compounding Line
- U6 Mineral-Filled Compounding Line
- SAT95 Underwater Pelletizing Line (for recycled ABS/PP)
- SAT40 Laboratory Extrusion System (for R&D)
To meet the customer’s requirement for continuous, high-load operation, USEON deployed high-torque twin-screw extrusion systems featuring imported gearboxes and gravimetric feeders. This robust configuration ensures stability even when processing complex materials like glass fiber and mineral fillers.
Execution: Parallel Processing for Speed
To meet the aggressive timeline, USEON moved away from sequential processing. Instead, the team coordinated design, manufacturing, delivery, and commissioning simultaneously across all lines.
- Delivery: Completed by late November 2025.
- Commissioning: On-site material trial runs were successfully completed by early January 2026.
The equipment performed reliably from day one, fully meeting the customer’s performance expectations.
Customer Impact
The customer was highly impressed with USEON’s efficiency and execution. They noted that the seamless collaboration between USEON’s sales, engineering, manufacturing, and after-sales teams provided a strong guarantee for the success of their expansion plan.
Looking Ahead
For USEON, this project was more than just a delivery; it was a successful demonstration of our ability to handle complex, multi-line projects under pressure. We remain committed to supporting our customers with reliable equipment and professional engineering services that drive stable and efficient production.
