USEON 2025 Annual Review | Where the Answers Are Found — On the Front Line

For USEON,

2025 was a year of deeper engagement on site, where technology, equipment, and solutions were tested, and experience was continuously built.

On Site

What truly matters is shaped through countless face-to-face conversations.

Trade Show

In 2025, USEON participated in 31 domestic and international industry exhibitions, maintaining an active presence at the forefront of the global plastics industry, and bringing the USEON Solutions to a broader global stage.

Energy Efficiency by Design

Energy efficiency is not an add-on — it is designed into the system.

EC75 Twin Screw Extruder

In 2025, USEON launched the EC Series twin-screw compounding extrusion systems, developed in response to real market needs.

Designed with a focus on structure and energy efficiency, the EC Series reduces energy consumption while maintaining stable operation, offering more flexible options across different production scales and applications.

Rethinking Materials

When demand shifts, the process must evolve.

Totalenergies Corbion

In 2025, USEON, in collaboration with TotalEnergies Corbion, jointly launched the Luminy® PLA Plant-based Moldable Foam Technology.

Based on PLA derived from renewable resources, this technology balances foaming performance and moldability.

In lifecycle assessments, it can reduce the carbon footprint by up to 85%, offering a practical and scalable solution for biodegradable materials and sustainable packaging.

Built on Continuous Innovation

Nothing happens overnight.

Everything is built through consistent effort.

US Patent

In 2025, USEON continued to advance its R&D efforts across equipment manufacturing and material processing technologies.

Throughout the year, multiple independently developed technologies
were granted U.S. patents, including:

A Method for Preparing Flame-Retardant Polystyrene
(US 11,760,868 B2)

Steam-Moldable Biodegradable Polymer Foam Beads
(US 12,305,015 B2)

Extrusion Equipment Devolatilization Process and Method —
A Continuous, Dynamic and Efficient Devolatilization Technology
Based on High Mass Transfer Interfaces
(US 12,421,329 B1)

Meanwhile, in China,
with a continued focus on extrusion equipment
and advanced material processing,
USEON maintained a steady output of new patents,
delivering sustained technological innovation and results.

Petrochemical Extrusion Equipment

Scale is not enough. System capability comes first.

Jumbo Extruder

In the field of high-end polyolefin equipment for the petrochemical industry, USEON continued to advance large-scale engineering practices.

Leveraging technological innovation and industrialized achievements in high-end polyolefin extrusion and pelletizing equipment, the USEON High-End Polyolefin Equipment Project was selected for Jiangsu Province’s “First (Set) Major Equipment” Program, and USEON was named one of Nanjing’s key recommended enterprises.

Over the past year, multiple large-scale equipment projects have progressed in succession—

China’s first domestically developed

50,000 t/y POE extrusion and pelletizing unit has been successfully commissioned and entered continuous operation.

Sinopec

Two sets of 50,000 t/y POE extrusion and pelletizing units have entered the on-site installation phase.

The world’s largest single-line capacity, and China’s first-of-its-kind

40,000 t/y EAA extrusion and pelletizing unit is currently being delivered.

400,000 t/y

polypropylene large-scale compounding extrusion
and pelletizing unit has arrived at the customer’s site.

For PetroChina

USEON developed China’s first-of-its-kind POE devolatilization extrusion and pelletizing units
(50,000 t/y × two sets).

A 30,000 t/y POE devolatilization extrusion and pelletizing unit is currently under assembly and production.

One set of a 200,000 t/y

polypropylene extrusion and pelletizing unit is undergoing in-plant testing.

Two sets of 200,000 t/y

polypropylene extrusion and pelletizing units are currently in production.

This represents a growing force in petrochemical equipment — one built on system capability and large-scale engineering execution.

Expanding into New Applications

Unlocking greater possibilities for equipment.

Recycle

In 2025, USEON entered a wider range of new materials and process applications, including lithium battery materials, adhesive systems, devolatilization processes, and chemical recycling.

Related equipment and process solutions were applied and validated across different projects, further extending USEON’s technological capabilities into broader application scenarios.

A Strong Finish

A Record Achieved, a New Beginning

Shipment

In December, the closing month of 2025, USEON shipped a total of 82 export containers and 7 flatbed trucks within a single month, setting a new record for the company’s monthly shipment volume.

This achievement brought 2025 to a successful close and marked the beginning of the next phase.

Looking Ahead

Looking back on the year, the answers have always been found on site.

The future is already in motion, and we continue moving forward.
