Recently, the 2025 Jiangsu Province “Three Firsts and Two Innovations” (First Set, First Batch, First Edition Products, and New Technologies, New Products) recognition list was officially released. USEON successfully made the list with its achievements in high-end polypropylene extrusion pelletizing equipment, being recognized as a “First Set of Major Equipment” project and one of the key recommended enterprises from Nanjing.
According to Nanjing Daily, a total of 41 pieces of equipment across the province were included in this year’s “First Set” catalog, with Nanjing accounting for 14 of them, ranking first in the province. USEON’s core product is among them, fully demonstrating the company’s technological depth and market recognition in the domestic high-end equipment sector.

In the extrusion pelletizing workshop of a well-known domestic petrochemical enterprise, a large-scale polypropylene extrusion pelletizing line independently designed and manufactured by USEON, with an annual capacity of 100,000 tons, is operating efficiently. By continuously overcoming challenges in key core technologies, the equipment has achieved stable mass production of high value-added polypropylene products, effectively expanding the customer’s profit margins in high-end markets.
As the “heart equipment” of ethylene projects, polyolefin extrusion pelletizing systems have long been constrained by foreign technology barriers, with equipment procurement cycles reaching up to 14 months and costs being extremely high. Through localized technology breakthroughs, USEON has shortened the delivery cycle to 10 months while ensuring equivalent technical performance, significantly reducing customers’ procurement costs and enabling production to start four months earlier. This is expected to generate additional output value of up to RMB 300 million.
Looking ahead, USEON will continue to uphold its development philosophy of “creating value for customers and continuously empowering the industry,” accelerate the R&D and industrialization of domestic high-end equipment, and contribute to achieving independent control of more key core technologies in Chinese manufacturing.
