New 1312kg/h XPS Production Line in Shandong
New TDS110-TDD300 CO2 foam XPS production line has been up and running in Bang Leader (Taian Shandong China).
The line is running at 1312 kg/h (1236kg recycled polystyrene and 76kg blowing agent (CO2 and ethanol)) at 80mm thickness. According to the current load and speed load, it still has 20% potential to increase the capacity. This new line has adopted the DCS intelligent control system which supports remote technical assistance, process analysis, one-touch-start and real-time cost report etc.
