Join us as we showcase our latest high-performance extrusion project: a custom-built TDS95-TDD250 Foaming Double-Stage Unit commissioned for a client in Egypt. This powerful line is engineered to produce high-quality XPS insulation boards with an impressive output range of 600 to 1000 kg/hr.
The system utilizes a TDS95 twin-screw extruder as the upper stage for efficient plasticizing of GPPS and PS recycled materials, coupled with a TDD250 single-screw lower stage for precise cooling. It features a versatile injection system compatible with CO2, HFC, and alcohol foaming agents. The line is equipped with top-tier auxiliary components, including an eight-component loss-in-weight feeder, a multi-roller traction machine, fine milling units, and a central dust collection system. Controlled by an advanced Siemens PLC system, this solution represents the pinnacle of efficiency and reliability in plastic extrusion.
