USEON Debut at Big 5 2015 Dubai

Big 5 is the most influential building and construction show in the Middle East, and 2015 was our first time there.

Polystyrene foam accounts for more than 30% of the thermal insulation market. USEON builds polystyrene foam processing machines such as the XPS production line and the graphite EPS beads production line.

• CO2 foam technology for XPS production.
• Steam foam technology lowers density by 15% without any loss in thermal conductivity. Steaming also removes most of the internal stress in the board, which improves dimensional stability and avoids problems on the construction site.
• Graphite EPS beads production line: more than 5,000 tons of beads had been produced on our lines by September 2015. Their quality is comparable with BASF Neopor and Sunpor, with better flame retardancy and thermal conductivity. At the time we were the only company in China able to build a graphite EPS beads production line.
