A stronger focus on foam: CO2 XPS, density reduction, graphite EPS beads and graphite XPS, plus a SAT52 for masterbatch.
Foam extrusion accounted for half of USEON’s sales in 2015, with twin-screw compounding contributing the other half, so this year we put more emphasis on foam.
- CO2 foam XPS production line
- Density reduction: helps traditional XPS processes cut density by 15%, with better dimensional stability and no loss of thermal conductivity.
- Graphite EPS beads production line
- Graphite XPS: gives traditional XPS board about 20% better insulation performance.
We also exhibited a SAT52 twin-screw extruder (110 kW, 600 rpm) sold to the largest color masterbatch manufacturer in Turkey. It is our best-selling model for masterbatch production.
