Breakthrough graphite EPS beads pelletizing line
Graphite EPS bead pelletizing systems had long been monopolized by European companies, and USEON became the first in China to build one. We sold two lines to Stanley Tianjin, which had been running for several months, and some properties of Stanley’s PolyFoam graphite EPS board outperformed Neopor and Sunpor.
Besides the complete pelletizing system, we provide the know-how and training customers need to run the line properly.
Latest dry-free PET twin-screw extrusion system
Over the past year our dry-free PET direct extrusion system gained clear market recognition, and several leading suppliers of PET sheet lines entered long-term strategic cooperation with us.
Twin-screw direct extrusion is taking the lead in PET processing: it saves significant energy and streamlines the whole process.
Updated CO2 foam XPS production line
Our latest CO2 foam XPS production line helped us win most of the UNIDO-funded projects to phase out HCFCs in XPS production. Once this campaign is complete, XPS producers outside the UNIDO projects will need to upgrade or replace their lines to keep up with the market.
